Being the Activities/Life Enrichment Director is so much more than planning parties and events for me. I genuinely thrive on making sure every single resident feels heard, respected, included, valued, and loved. I want each person who walks into one of my events to know they matter and that they are never alone.
I absolutely love spending time with our residents, hearing their stories, sharing laughs, creating memories, and bringing joy into their days. Watching everyone come together today reminded me exactly why I pour my heart into what I do.
